Hi I’m Coach Rob King
I am the owner and creator of Women Who Lift Weights. I also owned my own gym Heavy Weights Training Centre for 10 years.
I’m a personal trainer, fitness writer, blogger, and online coach and Team Canada PowerLifting Coach.
I specialize in helping helping women get stronger, build muscle, lose fat, and transform their bodies via strength training and good nutrition.
I work with a wide variety of women from many areas. Strength Training, PowerLifting, Body Transformation, Nutrition Coaching and much more. I have worked with women who have never lifted a weight before all the way to PowerLifting World Champions and Bikini/Fitness Pros. I love helping Women become their best.
I’m also a competitive PowerLifter and athlete. I am not an online coach that doesn't practice what I preach. This is my life and lifestyle and I love it.
Everybody is different and every body is different, so my training programs are catered to my client’s individual needs. But no matter who you are or what you do, I am here to help you become a better version of you.
