For these 6 weeks, your priority will be training and strength training.

This program is based on things that work—no crazy diets, no deprivation, no hidden secrets or tricks, no catches.

What works is doing the “right things” day in and day out, 90% of the time. Along with doing the right things, we prioritize lifting weights and make "Strength First" our #1 priority.

### What Equipment Do I Need for the Strong Her in 42 Challenge?

The Strong Her in 42 challenge is designed so that no matter what equipment or weights you have, YOU can do this challenge.

We all have different lives, training environments, obstacles, and struggles. Some of us train at fully equipped gyms, some at home, with varying equipment and weights.

That’s why I made the Strong Her in 42 challenge so that pretty much anyone could do it, regardless of equipment.

If you have access to any weights, you can do this program. If you have a full gym or home training area, that’s perfect, and you have everything you need.

No matter what weights or equipment you have, you can do this challenge. The strength training guide covers the lifting portion in much more detail.

Ideally, you would need a barbell and/or dumbbells, but this program is designed to work with any equipment you have.

The strength training portion is unique and will be different and more challenging than most programs you have done before.

If you have access to barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, etc., there are 4 different workout programs in the WWLW App to choose from for the Strong Her Challenge. While the App is not required, I highly recommend it for maximum results in your strength training.
